Fisher Price Little Superstar 2-in-1 Singing Band Walker

Another great musical addition to Fisher Price's Little Superstar range is the 2 in 1 Singing Band Walker. It's essentially a walker on one side and a musical activity centre on the other.

The activity side includes a keyboard that lights up and plays musical notes as your child presses the buttons, a maraca ball that 'rolls', a saxaphone, guitar and tamborine - each that have different sound effects and music.

And when your child is really to start walking, they can pull themselves up on the other side and use it as a support as they walk around the room.

Our review of the Fisher Price 2-in-1 Superstar Walker

The musical side of the Fisher Price Little Superstar 2 in 1 Singing Band Walker is great, it plays nice music and has enough features and activities to keep a sitting child entertained for hours.

However the walker side does have a few issues, namely that when you child is just starting to walk and they pull themselves up on it, sometimes the wheels can move forward before your baby does causing them to topple over. Once they are walking properly though this isn't a problem, but what can you do in the meantime?

One suggestion is to tape the wheels so that they don't roll. It can still be 'pushed' around, but won't get away from your child before they are ready. It's a good interim solution until they can stand and walk well.

The price is quite good, especially since some musical activity centres can get quite expensive and this one regularly sells for around $30. You can often find the fisher price 2-in-1 superstar walker on sale as well.

Overall we like it and think it's another good toy from Fisher Price (just tape those wheels first!).
